Kelly’s Flowers & Gift Boutique has a long history with the town of Perth; 40 years.  After 10 at the Code’s Mill building, we are happy to be back in the historical Thomas Write building at 63 Gore Street East.  We’ve expanded so we now offer and larger line of home décor, gifts and better serve our customers with our exceptional customer service.
